After the first screening our music video is was clear the feedback was mainly positive due to people being engaged with the narrative and also enjoying the 'cute' nature of the footage. However, our narrative is rather obscure currently due to the first and last scene needing to be re-shot due to the mass amount of camera movement present in the first scene and the lack of actors during the end scene.
We plan to get these scenes done on Tuesday 28th January where we will be filming throughout the whole day. The rest of the week will then be spend editing the remaining footage and perfecting existing scenes. The audience also said they enjoyed the random events occuring in the video and wanted to see more, however, with multiple events happening within each scene. This will be tricky and time consuming for the group but we will be filming more scenes with multiple amounts of action taking place to fill in the remaining gaps of the songs. A few ideas we have for this are:
- A man walking around the sink on dishes and bowls
- A live performance of the plasticine men
- Man climbing over a stack of CD's
- A man 'sailing' across a sink in a bowl
