Journal 29/11/13 filming

Today was another day in which we dedicated to filming. Since our friend had a drum kit we decided to use it to add to the indie aspect of our music video since instruments are a key convention. We wanted a scene of the plasticine man playing the drums in our video throughout the instrumental parts of the song and also for the end during the live performance scene.

We also decided to film additional extra scenes incase we don't have enough footage this included a figure doing star jumps on a music sheet. We plan on using these scenes during instrumental parts of the songs since our whole video relates to the lyrics therefore each scene is in sync with the lyrics and we didn't have scene to fill in the blanks.

An issue which occurred was the lighting since it is very warm and gives a homely effect. Also the quality of the image is an issue as it is sharper and more focused than the others. We are hoping this isn't an issue when we put all the footage together.
