Journal 8/11/13 - music video test shot

To get a general idea of the outcome of our video we decided to make a rough mock up of a scene. After constructing the images together on final cut pro to create our stop-motion it's clearly identified that the cinematography isn't smooth due to the tripod not being used throughout the whole duration of the scene. This is something which needs to be improved on otherwise the whole stop-motion will look unprofessional. I also think timing may be an issue because the photos were taken randomly with no specific amount of movement or shots.Therefore in order to make sure our stop motion fits perfectly with our video we will need to stick to shooting 24 frames per second to get the smoothest and animation based outcome. This will also allows us to mathematically check if we have enough footage compared to the duration of the song.
